CONSIGNMENT
CONSIGNMENT EQUIPMENT
- Machine Shed USA provides consignment for good quality used construction equipment. It's at the discretion of management to decide if equipment will work for our market of clients. Call ahead to schedule an appointment for our team to take a look at any equipment to be consigned.
- Consignment Agreement must be signed, and liabilities waived to allow Machine Shed USA to advertise, store, and have rights to negotiate and sell equipment that is consigned. In no event shall Machine Shed USA own the equipment but will have the right to sell such equipment on behalf of customers. The customer is responsible for all expenses of the equipment until sold to a third-party purchaser.
- Machine Shed USA provides a smooth transaction from beginning to end. From cleaning, photography, social media and website marketing and advertisements, negotiations, deliveries/pickups, paperwork, sales tax payments, and disbursement of funds let our team handle everything for you.
- Machine Shed USA charges a flat 10% consignment fee or $1,000 minimum per equipment sold. Machine Shed USA shall subtract its consignment fee, and sales tax, and then remit the remaining amount to the customer.
- Machine Shed USA shall not offer any warranties on the sale of any equipment items. The following language shall appear in bold, all capital letters on each bill of sale: THE ITEM SOLD IS BEING SOLD ON AN "AS IS -WHERE IS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.
- Customer assumes all liabilities associated with the equipment during the term of the Agreement until such equipment is sold.
- Customer shall hold not hold Machine Shed USA liable for loss by theft, fire, vandalism, flood, tornado, earthquake, hail damage, deterioration, etc while stored and kept at Machine Shed USA yard here at 5358 N Hwy 74, Crescent, OK 73028
- In no event will Machine Shed USA be responsible for obtaining any insurance or paying any insurance premium for the equipment.
